聚氯乙烯(PVC)的绝缘性良好,容易积累产生静电,限制了其在众多方面的应用,对PVC的抗静电改性已成为科研领域的热点问题之一。本文综述了近年来国内外提高PVC抗静电性能方法的研究进展,包括抗静电剂外部涂覆法、内部混炼法以及添加导电填料法。最后展望了PVC抗静电改性的发展趋势。
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation is good, easy to accumulate static electricity, limiting its application in many aspects, the anti-static modification of PVC has become one of the hot issues in the field of scientific research. In this paper, the recent advances in the research on the antistatic properties of PVC at home and abroad are summarized, including the external coating method of antistatic agent, the internal mixing method and the method of adding conductive fillers. Finally, the development trend of PVC antistatic modification is forecasted.
