目的结石病作为人体泌尿系统上的常见病和多发病,其发病成因有必要进行研究。方法利用多元线性回归模型和对数线性模型,对豫南地区人群结石病例数据进行多元统计分析,并对数据拟合的结果进行显著性检验。结果对比检验的结果表明,对数线性模型的拟合较理想,适合描述豫南地区人群泌尿系统结石的发病规律。结论通过此回归模型,帮助人们了解结石病的发病趋势,从而有重点地进行结石病的健康防治工作,降低泌尿系统结石对健康的危害。
The purpose of stone disease as a common and frequently occurring human urinary system disease, its pathogenesis is necessary to study. Methods Using multivariate linear regression model and logarithmic linear model, the multivariate statistical analysis was performed on the data of stone masses in the population of southern Henan Province, and the results of data fitting were tested statistically. Results of the test results show that the logarithmic linear model fitting ideal, suitable for describing the incidence of urinary tract stones in southern Henan population. Conclusions This regression model helps people to understand the incidence of stone disease, so as to focus on the prevention and treatment of stone disease and reduce the health hazards of urinary stones.
