缺血后处理是最近提出的一种具有心肌保护作用的治疗措施,由于可在心肌缺血发生后实施,临床可控性强,因而比缺血预处理具有更直接、广泛的临床应用价值,现就其在心肌保护机制的探讨做一综述。
