随着社会发展,越来越多的职业走向专业化。尽管中小学校长已经成为一种独立的职业类别,但还没有达到专业化水准,尚处于半专业化阶段。作为表征中小学校长对学校成员影响能力的中小学校长领导力,其专业化程度已经成为衡量学校发展的重要指标。中小学校长为更好地履行教育者、领导者和管理者的职责,需要在专业化引领下提升其领导力。为此,中小学校长要加强自我领导训练,提高个人的领导素养;通过分布式领导方式,发展学校成员的领导能力;重视学校的文化领导,形成合作的领导环境。
