用户(感知)价值是用户在选购产品和使用产品的过程中非常重要的因素,良好的产品价值为用户提供优良的产品使用体验。产品设计研究通常以用户的需求为出发点,因此,用户价值要素体系构建应该建立在用户需求之上,不同的用户需求层次决定了不同的用户价值要素。用户价值要素体系的准确构建对于用户价值有效应用于产品设计研究中具有非常重要的意义。
User (perceived) value is the user in the purchase of products and the use of products is a very important factor in the process, a good product value to provide users with a good product experience. Product design and research usually take user’s needs as the starting point. Therefore, the construction of user value element system should be based on user’s needs, and different user needs determine different user value elements. The accurate construction of user value element system is of great significance for the effective application of user value in product design research.
