介绍一种利用有限元法对矿石冲击下矿用车车厢强度进行分析的方法,以某型号矿用车车厢为例,研究车厢在冲击载荷作用下的应力分布情况,分析影响冲击的各种因素,指出提高车厢抗冲击能力的途径,为以后设计提供依据和指导。研究表明:欲提高车厢抗冲击能力,必须全面提高车厢的强度特性,其中,增加车厢底板钢板厚度即为一种可行的方法。
This paper introduces a method to analyze the strength of mine car body under the impact of ore by using finite element method. Taking a certain type of mine car body as an example, the stress distribution of the car body under impact load is studied, and various factors affecting the impact are analyzed , Points out the ways to improve the anti-impact ability of the carriage, and provides the basis and guidance for the future design. The research shows that in order to improve the anti-impact ability of the carriage, the strength characteristics of the carriage must be fully improved. Among them, increasing the thickness of the carriage bottom plate is a feasible method.
