包起帆,现为中共上海市委委员、上海国际港务集团公司副总裁,中国发明协会副会长。1981年起,包起帆和同事们刻苦钻研技术,先后完成了100多项科技项目,获得国家专利29项。他设计的专用抓斗系列和工艺,创造性地解决了一批港口装卸作业关键技术难题,被赞誉为“抓斗大王”。他主持的科研项目曾3次获国家发明奖,2次获国家科技进步奖,14次在日内瓦、巴黎、匹兹堡等国际发明展览上获金奖。
Bao Qifan, now a member of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, Shanghai International Port Group Corporation Vice President, China Invention Association vice president. Since 1981, Bao Qifan and his colleagues have worked hard to study technology and successively completed more than 100 scientific and technological projects and obtained 29 national patents. He designed a series of special grab and process, a creative solution to a number of port loading and unloading operations of key technical problems, has been praised as “grab the King.” He has presided over scientific research projects three times won the national invention award, two national science and technology progress awards, 14 times in Geneva, Paris, Pittsburgh and other international inventions and exhibitions won the gold medal.
