公路建设是我国交通基础设施建设的主要构成部分,其在促进经济社会发展,保障社会稳定方面起到重要作用。公路工程管理及质量管理是公路建设中极其重要的两个环节,也是当前问题多发所在。本文从公路工程管理及质量管理的特征入手,分析公路工程管理及质量管理中存在的问题和不足,总结梳理相应的改善对策,以期为相关公路管理及施工人员提供参考。
Highway construction is the main component of China’s transportation infrastructure construction. It plays an important role in promoting economic and social development and ensuring social stability. Highway project management and quality management are the two most important links in highway construction, which are also the current problems. This article starts with the characteristics of highway project management and quality management, analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies in highway project management and quality management, and summarizes the corresponding improvement measures so as to provide reference for relevant highway management and construction workers.
