随着现代社会进程的不断提升,城市发展的逐步迈进,建筑行业的发展也如雨后春笋般快速的成长。为了保证建筑工程项目的施工质量,良好的施工管理意义重大。在建筑工程项目中,建筑工程施工管理一直都是其关键的组成部分,在建筑工程管理中,只有将施工中相关管理的安全,质量,成本进行针对性的控制,并研究出相关的对策,才能将建筑工程施工管理进行根本性的完善,才能有效保证工程项目的可持续发展。本文就建筑工程施工管理存在的问题以及相关的对策进行分析。
