房室传导系统不应期是反映房室传导功能的一个重要指标,它对于研究某些心律失常的发生机理和抗心律失常药物的作用机制都有十分重要的意义。我院自1985年以来应用食道心房程序刺激法测定房室传导不应期40例,现将检查方法及结果报道如下:
