陈彧君一方面接受已成为全球化图景的文化事实,另一方面又不愿放弃追根溯源的努力。于是,他通过绘画、装置等手段,来廓清这种地域文化在全球化下的变动与思考。艺术家自述我的创作大多跟自身的家庭经验有关。从2007年开始我和陈彧凡就把福建莆田(老家)一条河流“木兰溪”作为母体进行综合性的创作实验,创作以“地域空间”中某些流动性的因素为线索,来探讨侨乡文化中某些异化的特性及其自我衍生的能力。我的绘画创作也是围绕这个主题,涉及空间的体验与想象。
On the one hand, Chen Jun-jun accepts the cultural fact that has become a picture of globalization; on the other hand, he does not want to give up his efforts to trace the source. Thus, he through painting, installation and other means to clarify this regional culture changes and thinking under globalization. The artist’s self-report mostly relates to my own family experience. Since 2007, Chen and I started a comprehensive experiment with a river “Mulan Stream” in Putian (a hometown of Fujian Province) as the clues to some of the factors of liquidity in “regional space” Explore Some Alienating Features in Qiaoxiang Culture and Their Self-derived Ability. My painting is also around this theme, involving the experience and imagination of space.
