研究了红外吸收法快速测定煤样、焦炭中硫的分析方法。采用管式炉高温灼烧试样,利用红外池测定试样中硫含量。探讨了温度、称样量、分析时间等因素的最佳分析条件,建立了不同硫含量范围的工作曲线。本方法快速、操作简单,准确度高,精密度好,完全能够满足生产需要。 The infrared absorption method for the rapid determination of coal samples, coke sulfur in the analysis. High-temperature tube furnace burning samples, the use of infrared cell determination of sulfur content in the sample. The optimum conditions of temperature, sample weight, analysis time and other factors were discussed, and working curves with different sulfur contents were established. The method is fast, easy to operate, high accuracy, good precision, fully able to meet production needs.
