应用双波长薄层扫描法对不同品种龙胆中的有效成分——龙胆苦甙进行了含量测定。结果表明,龙胆的茎、叶、花中也含有与根相同的有效成分龙胆苦甙,含量比根低,但药理作用相近。因此龙胆地上部分资源应开发利用。由于测定同品种家种龙胆根中龙胆苦甙的含量均高于野生根,也给野生龙胆变家种提供了理论依据。
The dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method was used to determine the content of gentian buckwheat, which is the active ingredient in different kinds of gentian. The results showed that the gentian stems, leaves, and flowers also contained the same active ingredient as gentian buckwheat, with lower levels than roots, but similar pharmacological effects. Therefore, some parts of the gentian terrestrial resources should be developed and utilized. Because the content of gentian buckwheat in the same species of gentian root was higher than that of wild roots, it also provided a theoretical basis for the wild gentian variety.
