沈财会〔2013〕303号各有关单位:为营造良好的注册会计师行业发展环境,推动沈阳经济区新型工业化综合配套改革会计服务示范基地(以下简称“示范基地”)建设,为沈阳经济社会发展提供专业服务,结合我市实际,提出如下意见:一、允许会计师事务所注册资本分期缴付,注册资本可首付20%,其余在两年内缴足。法律、法规和国务院有关政策已有规定的,从其规定。
