《津图学刊》自 1983年 12月创刊以来 ,在各方关注呵护下 ,已经走过二十年不平坦的道路。为了纪念它的成年 ,并答谢社会 ,特在我刊创刊二十年之际 ,举办征文活动 ,得到各方的热烈支持。截至 2 0 0 3年 7月 31日 ,共收到各地投稿数十件 ,经邀请天津图书馆界有关专家 ,组成评审小组 ,认真审读 ,投票决定 ,评选出一等奖一名、二等奖二名、三等奖六名、创意奖一名。其中创意奖是几位馆员以诗歌形式表达对新世纪图书馆事业的憧憬。虽然文体的运用尚欠成熟 ,但它是图书馆员们的一种向往 ,具有一定的激励意义 ,所以在论文之外特给以创意奖 ,以示鼓励。所有论文均在本期纪念刊上发表。
Since its publication in December 1983, the “Jin Tu Journal” has gone through two decades of uneven path under the care of all parties concerned. To commemorate its adulthood, and to thank the community, especially in the first 20 years of my journal, held essay activities, get the warm support of all parties. Up to July 31, 2003, a total of dozens of submissions were received. After invited experts from the Tianjin library community to form a review team, they carefully reviewed and voted to decide the first prize and the second prize Two, third place six, a creative award. One of the creative awards is that several librarians express their vision of the new century library career in the form of poetry. Although the application of style is not yet mature, it is a longing for librarians and has certain motivational meanings. Therefore, it is especially necessary to give creative awards outside the essay for encouragement. All papers are published in this issue of the journal.
