目的:采用透明质酸酶抑制试验和豚鼠离体回肠实验探讨款冬花的抗过敏作用。方法:通过不同浓度乙醇溶液提取,乙酸乙酯萃取及硅胶柱层析分离获得不同的款冬花提取物;采用透明质酸酶抑制实验和豚鼠离体回肠实验评价款冬花的抗过敏作用。结果:80%乙醇溶液粗提物对透明质酸酶的抑制率为65.5%;硅胶柱色谱的流分B-5对透明质酸酶的抑制率为69.96%;硅胶柱色谱再分离的流分B-5-6对透明质酸酶的抑制率为70.26%;B-5-6对豚鼠离体回肠的抑制率为53.72%,B-5-7对豚鼠离体回肠的抑制率为57.84%。结论:款冬花的提取物具有较强的抗过敏作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the antiallergic effect of Colletotrichum by using hyaluronidase inhibition test and guinea pig ileum test in vitro. METHODS: Different extracts of Coltsfoot (Colohari) flower were obtained by ethanol extract of different concentrations, ethyl acetate extraction and silica gel column chromatography. The anti-allergic effects of coltsfoot was evaluated by hyaluronidase inhibition test and guinea pig ileum test in vitro. Results: The inhibition rate of hyaluronidase by crude extract of 80% ethanol solution was 65.5%, the inhibition rate of hyaluronidase by fraction B-5 of silica gel column was 69.96%, and the fraction separated by silica gel column chromatography The inhibitory rate of B-5-6 to hyaluronidase was 70.26%. The inhibitory rate of B-5-6 against guinea pig ileum was 53.72%. The inhibitory rate of B-5-7 against guinea pig ileum was 57.84% . Conclusion: Colletotrichum flower extract has a strong anti-allergic effect.
