Based on the linguistic theory of general stylistics,the current article probes into the Lyric“Wavin’Flag”in the following three parts,the first part focus on the analysis of situationality of the lyric,such as the mode,the tenor and the field of lyric,the second part is mainly about linguistic descriptive of the lyric,in terms of alliteration,assonance,rhyme and rhetoric.The final part is a research on discourse analysis of the lyric from the perspective of connectives and person deixis.By doing a comprehensive research on the lyric,it will be more helpful to listeners to fully appreciate the complete the song.
