【正】 党的十四届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于加强社会主义精神文明建设若干重要问题的决议》,是精神文明建设的跨世纪宏伟纲领。《决议》的发表,推动了我国的精神文明建设的实践,同时也推动了精神文明建设的理论研究,并在多方面取得了进展。 一、精神文明与物质文明的关系 精神文明与物质文明的关系,是精神文明建设的一个基本问题。理论界对此作过大量的研究。十四届六中全会之后,对这个问题研究,有了新的视角。
