振动监测是目前国内外用于汽轮机等机械设备工况监视方面的主要方法之一。文中介绍的六通道振动监测仪采用单片机MCS - 5 1系统 ,能长期连续在线监测旋转机械 (汽轮机、泵等 )的振动位移幅值 (峰 -峰值 ) ,同时并行输出相互隔离的标准电流 (电压 )及波形以供远程传输。该仪表具有测量精度高、工作稳定可靠、体积小的特点。现场使用效果明显 ,反映良好。
