目的:总结药剂科的安全质量管理的相关经验。方法:采用对照法,选取过去药剂科还未施行安全质量管理时药剂质量安全的情况,将这些档案资料做为对照组;然后对现在的药剂科施行安全质量管理制度,做为管理组,在经过一段时间的管理,对管理后的相关数据进行整理,并与对照组的数据相比较,得出结果。结果:通过所整理的资料可以看出,管理组不但在药剂安全质量得到了很大的提升,而且在药品的保存效果上也比对照组要好,药品的保存期被延长,可以更有效地利用药品。结论:药剂科的安全质量管理是医院工作中的一项重要的任务,其可以直接影响到医院所有的日常工作、治疗以及手术。做好药剂科的安全质量管理工作,必须要落到实处,完善管理制度,为广大患者的生命健康负责。 OBJECTIVE: To summarize the relevant experience of safety and quality management of pharmacy department. Methods: The control method was used to select the quality and safety of pharmaceuticals in the past when the pharmacy department had not implemented the safety and quality management, and the files were used as the control group. Then, the safety and quality management system of the pharmacy department was implemented as the management group. After a period of management, management-related data are collated, and compared with the control group data, the results. Results: According to the data collected, the management team not only improved the quality of pharmacy safety but also saved the drug more effectively than the control group. The shelf-life of the drug was prolonged and it could be used more effectively drug. Conclusion: The safety and quality management of pharmacy department is an important task in the hospital work, which can directly affect all the daily work, treatment and operation of the hospital. Good pharmacy safety and quality management, must be implemented, improve the management system for the majority of patients responsible for the lives and health.
