企业管理以财务管理为核心,财务管理以财务信息为支撑。特别对于通信企业而言,各类信息数量巨大,必须打造有效的财务信息集成化管理体系,使财务与业务信息有机融合,才能更好地服务于经营管理。本文在拓展了财务信息集成化管理内涵的基础上,指出了当前通信企业财务信息管理中存在的主要问题,并提出了相关对策。
Business management to financial management as the core, financial management to financial information as a support. Especially for the communications enterprises, the huge amount of various types of information, we must create an effective integrated management system of financial information, financial and business information organic integration, in order to better serve the business management. Based on the connotation of integrated management of financial information, this paper points out the main problems existing in the current financial management of communication enterprises and puts forward some countermeasures.
