一、甲苯咪唑(mebendazole) 为苯并咪唑衍生物,能抑制蠕虫对葡萄糖的摄取,导致糖原丢失,从而减少了虫体内ATP合成。本品还可与哺乳动物或线虫的微管蛋白,对虫休和虫卵都百一定毒性。本品口服后,肠道吸收较少,服后2~4小时血浆浓度达峰值,约有5~10%代谢为脱羧基衍生物由尿排出,大部原形药物由粪便排出。临床资料表明,甲苯咪唑为一广谱驱蠕虫药,对鞭虫、钩虫、蛲虫及美洲板口线虫感染有效;故适用于肠道寄生虫混合感染。剂量范围,日服2次(早、晚
