目的研究自我效能理论在技能竞赛备战训练过程中的应用效果。方法以2014年参加江苏省护理技能大赛的10名学生为对照组,以2015年参赛者为实验组;对照组采用常规训练指导方法,实验组在传统指导方法基础上联合运用增强自我效能的策略,比较两组学生的自我效能感评分和操作成绩。结果两组学生自我效能评分和操作成绩差异有显著性(P<0.01),实验组成绩优于对照组。结论在技能竞赛训练过程中运用自我效能理论,有助于竞赛成绩的提高和学生职业能力的发展。
Objective To study the application effect of self-efficacy theory in the training of skill competition. Methods A total of 10 students participating in the Jiangsu Provincial Nursing Skill Contest in 2014 were selected as the control group and the 2015 participants were used as the experimental group. The control group received routine training and guidance methods. The experimental group combined with the traditional guidance methods to enhance their self-efficacy The scores of self-efficacy and scores of students in two groups were compared. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups in self-efficacy score and operating performance (P <0.01). The score of experimental group was better than that of control group. Conclusion The use of self-efficacy theory in the process of skills competition training helps to improve the competition results and the development of students’ professional competence.
