已证明甲状腺激素对心脏有正性变时性及变力性作用,从而使心率加快,收缩力增强,心输出量增加,但有关甲状腺素对左室大小及功能的作用的详细资料很少。超声心动图是研究心脏结构及功能的简单的非侵入性方法。我们以此法研究一组未经治疗的甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)患者左室大小及功能。病人和方法一、病人:经临床及放射性同位素I~(131)确诊的甲亢患者共32例,女25例,男7例,年龄19~53岁(平均31.8±10.2岁)。检查前均无服过心得安或抗甲状腺药物,无并发心力衰竭或合并其它心脏病,超声心动图检查时均为窦性心律。对照组为正常人,共44名,男16名,女28名,年龄22~54岁(平均33.3±10.0岁)。
It has been shown that thyroid hormones have a positive chronotropic and variable force on the heart, resulting in faster heart rate, increased contractility and increased cardiac output. However, there is very little detailed information on the effect of thyroxine on left ventricular size and function. Echocardiography is a simple, noninvasive method of studying the structure and function of the heart. We use this method to study left ventricular size and function in a group of untreated hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism) patients. PATIENTS AND METHODS A. Patient: Thirty-two hyperthyroid patients diagnosed by clinical and radioisotope I ~ (131), 25 females and 7 males, aged 19-53 years (average 31.8 ± 10.2 years). No adverse reactions such as propranolol or anti-thyroid drugs, no concurrent heart failure, or other heart disease were examined before echocardiography, and all were sinus rhythm during echocardiography. The control group was normal, a total of 44, 16 males and 28 females, aged 22 to 54 years (average 33.3 ± 10.0 years).
