2007年3月,中国石油和化学工业协会副会长杨伟才应邀参加在山东泉州召开的山东省首届材料大会,并对中国塑料工业的现状及发展趋势做了较为全面的分析,他认为,与国外塑料工业相比,我国塑料工业有一些优势,如发展潜力巨大、具有完整的产业链及相应的工业基础、科技投入逐年增加以及劳动力成本相对较低等,但同时也存在较大差距,如缺乏自主核心技术、产品结构不合理、产业集中度低、行业发展不规范等。
In March 2007, Yang Wecai, vice president of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, was invited to attend the first Shandong Province Material General Assembly held in Quanzhou, Shandong Province. He also made a more comprehensive analysis of the current situation and development trend of China’s plastics industry. In his opinion, Compared with the plastic industry, the plastics industry in our country has some advantages such as great potential for development, a complete industrial chain and corresponding industrial base, a year-by-year increase in investment in science and technology, and relatively low labor costs. However, there are also large gaps such as lack of Independent core technologies, unreasonable product structure, low industrial concentration and non-standardization of the industry.
