庆阳石化新厂项目原油一次加工能力为300×104t/a,拥有主要炼化生产装置15套。所加工的原油,为长庆油田庆阳、靖马、西马三种原油按体积比为4∶3∶3混合后的原油,混合原油硫含量为0.11%(质量分数),(Ni+V)含量为3.3g/g,属于低硫中间基原油,具有轻油拔出率高,硫、氮、重金属等杂质含量较低的特点,其常压渣油是较好的催化裂化原料。经过充分比选,全厂总加工流程选择“常压蒸馏-重油催化裂化-柴油加氢改质-连续重整”的技术路线,建设国内领先的短流程燃料型炼油厂。同时,配套实施了轻烃整合方案、脱硫系统整合方案以及全厂节能方案设计。通过对重油催化裂化工艺实施技术优化,可多产汽柴油产品6.72×104t/a,全厂轻质油收率由81.39%提高到83.72%;通过实施多项全厂节能整合措施,炼油单位能量因数能耗为9.89kg标油/(t.因数),达到同类型炼厂先进水平。
