大气飘尘中的多环芳烃很多具有致癌性。我们通过溶剂抽提和柱层析方法从飘尘中分离出多环芳烃,采用化学键合型玻璃毛细柱对一些难分离的同分异构体组分如苯并(e)芘和苯并(a)芘等进行分离,取得满意的结果。实验中引入了毛细色谱无分流进样技术、毛细色谱—质谱联用时的一端开口分流技术。定性鉴定了兰州市区大气飘尘中47种多环芳烃,对其中10种主要组分进行了定量分析,并与国内外数据进行了对比。
Many of the PAHs in the airborne dust are carcinogenic. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were isolated from the fly ash by solvent extraction and column chromatography. Some of the most difficult isomers such as benzo (e) pyrene and benzo (a ) Pyrene, etc., to obtain satisfactory results. In the experiment, the capillary splitless injection technology was introduced, and the one-port open split technique when capillary chromatography-mass spectrometry was used. Forty-seven polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in atmospheric fly ash were identified qualitatively in Lanzhou city. Ten main components of them were quantitatively analyzed and compared with the data at home and abroad.
