医院档案是医院的一种无形资产 ,医院档案管理是医院管理工作的重要组成部分。通过医院档案的形成过程及内容 ,可以认识到 :加强医院档案管理工作 ,有利于医院的现代化、科学化管理 ;有利于医疗质量和服务水平的提高 ;有利于医学科技的推广应用 ;有利于医患双方利益的维护。要充分发挥档案在医院建设中的作用 ,首先应重视医院档案的基础工作 ,树立档案开发利用的观念 ,提高档案管理者的队伍素质 ,才能适应知识经济时代的要求。
