目的:研究盐酸丁咯地尔对血液流变学的影响。方法:测定盐酸丁咯地尔静脉给药对全血粘度、血小板聚集率和红细胞压积的影响。结果:盐酸丁咯地尔10mg/kg组可使全血粘度在高切变率80S-1时下降了17.1%,在低切变率时下降21.9%,血小板最大聚集率下降了28.2%。结论:盐酸丁咯地尔能有效地改善血液流变指标。
Objective: To study the effect of buflomedil hydrochloride on hemorrheology. Methods: The effects of buflomedil hydrochloride intravenous injection on whole blood viscosity, platelet aggregation rate and hematocrit were measured. RESULTS: The buprenorphine hydrochloride 10 mg / kg group decreased whole blood viscosity by 17.1% at a high shear rate of 80S-1, by 21.9% at a low shear rate and by 28.2% on a platelet-free basis. Conclusion: Buflomedil hydrochloride can effectively improve the indexes of hemorheology.
