党的十一届三中全会以来,三岔子林业局为了加强企业管理,提高经济效益,使全体职工增加价值观念,从一九八○年开始改革了内部经济核算工作,把企业内部的统收统支的供应关系改变为经济上互相承担责任的买卖关系。企业所属的基层生产单位实行独立核算,自计盈亏,将责、权、利紧密地结合起来,改变了“吃大锅饭”的“供给制”状况,取得了显著成果,按可比口径计算,五年期间实现利润平均每年递增13.9%。我们的具体作法是:
