实验以电刺激腓神经为伤害性刺激,以束旁核痛放电为指标,在43只家兔上观察刺激额叶皮层对束旁核痛放电的影响结果是:刺激额叶皮层使痛兴奋单位放电频率增加,痛抑制单位放电减少或暂停。电针穴位能使痛兴奋单位放电减少或暂停、痛抑制单位的抑制现象减弱或解除,结果提示额叶皮层参与束旁核痛觉调制。
