在锗的滴定分析方法中,碘滴定法是最准确、最简单的方法。Ivanov-Emin首先提出在沸腾的情况下,用次亚磷酸钠还原锗(Ⅳ)为锗(Ⅱ),随后在20℃左右,碘滴定法滴定锗。Abel提出以GeCl_4形式蒸馏分离锗的修改方法。Cheng研究了还原酸介质及还原条件对锗还原的影响,指出在磷酸介质中还原,准确度较高,文献介绍了在盐酸-磷酸介质中,碘滴定法测定锗氧化物中锗的方法。本文拟就了铝锗合金中锗的碘酸钾滴定方法。就铝锗合金中可能引入的主要杂质元素的干扰程度及消除情况进行了试验。
Titration in germanium titration method, iodometric titration is the most accurate and easiest way. Ivanov-Emin first proposed the reduction of germanium (IV) with germanium (II) to germanium (II) with sodium hypophosphite under boiling conditions, followed by iodometric titration of germanium. Abel proposed a modified method for the separation of germanium by distillation in the form of GeCl_4. Cheng studied the effect of reductive acid medium and reducing conditions on the reduction of germanium, and pointed out that the reduction in the phosphoric acid medium is more accurate. The method for the determination of germanium in germanium oxide by iodometric titration in hydrochloric acid-phosphoric acid medium has been reported. This article intends to germanium germanium aluminum potassium iodate titration method. The degree of interference and the elimination of the main impurity elements that may be introduced in the Al-Ge alloy were tested.
