目的:将利巴韦林制备成分散片剂型。方法:以崩解时间和分散均匀性为指标进行处方筛选,对筛选处方进行溶出度试验,并与普通片进行比较。结果:分散片崩解时间小于1 min,溶出度显著优于普通片,3 min内已完全溶出,分散均匀性试验能通过800μm筛网。结论:将利巴韦林制备成为分散片可提高其溶出度。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare ribavirin in divided tablet form. Methods: According to the disintegration time and the uniformity of dispersion as prescriptions, the prescriptions were tested for the dissolution test and compared with the ordinary tablets. Results: The disintegration time of the dispersible tablets was less than 1 min, the dissolution rate was significantly better than that of the ordinary tablets, and the disintegration time of the dispersible tablets was completely dissolved within 3 minutes. The dispersion uniformity test passed the 800μm sieve. Conclusion: Ribavirin can be prepared as dispersible tablets to improve the dissolution rate.
