本文应用激光多普勒显徽血流计测定冠状动脉狭窄患者和兔急性微循环障碍时微血管血流速度,测定冠状动脉狭窄患者全血和红细胞2,3-DPG 的变化,测定急性缺氧大白鼠2,3-DPG 和血气分析,并观察丹参对动物和冠状动脉狭窄患者上述参数的影响结果显示,丹参可增加冠心病患者和动物的血流速度和全血及红细胞2,3-DPG,可改善缺氧动物的氧分压和血氧饱和度。
In this study, the microvessel blood flow velocity in patients with coronary artery stenosis and acute microcirculatory disturbance was measured by laser Doppler flowmeter. The changes of whole blood and erythrocyte 2,3-DPG in patients with coronary artery stenosis were measured and the acute hypoxia was measured. Study of 2,3-DPG and blood gas analysis in rats and observation of the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza on these parameters in animals and patients with coronary artery stenosis showed that Salvia miltiorrhiza can increase blood flow velocity and whole blood and erythrocyte 2,3-DPG in coronary heart disease patients and animals. It can improve oxygen partial pressure and oxygen saturation in hypoxic animals.
