笔者主要对当下应用型本科院校校企合作人才培养模式状况进行分析,在此基础上提出了将企业培训模式应用于应用型本科院校人才培养进程中的建议。具体是以闽南科技学院为实例,对开展企业冠名班活动、提供科学的职业发展方案以及推行“交换学习及实习”等人才培养对策进行探究。希望在实现应用型人才培养目标方面上有所帮助。
The author analyzes the status quo of the mode of training talents in current applied undergraduate colleges and universities and puts forward the suggestion of applying the mode of enterprise training to the process of personnel training in applied undergraduate colleges. In particular, the Minnan Institute of Science and Technology as an example, to conduct business activities on the title class to provide scientific career development programs and the implementation of “exchange of learning and internship” and other personnel training strategies to explore.
