本病中以缓慢发病,因而在治疗上,必须徐而治之,不宜速而求功。早期治宜缓中补虚,开通经络,调其饮食,方用还少丹:牛膝、白茯苓、山茱萸、小茴香、山药、菟丝子、肉苁蓉、远志、北五味子、楮实子、巴戟、热地黄、川断、杜仲。亦可用七宝美髯丹主之,或用活络化滞丹(自拟方):生槐花25克,黄精15克,生山楂20克,枳椇子15克,赤芍25克,川芎15克,徐长卿15克,丹参25克,炒牛膝15克,木贼草25克,虎杖15克,首鸟10克,水煎服.中期者治宜补阴配阳,活络散结。方用复老还童丸:肉苁蓉、巴戟、蛇床子、小茴香、菟丝子、牛膝、川楝
