以“秋光88”番茄品种为试材,采用浸种和灌根的方法,研究了不同浓度(0.1、0.5、1.0、4.0mmol/L)的香草醛对番茄种子萌发、幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明:1.0mmol/L香草醛在一定程度上能促进番茄种子萌发和幼苗生长,其余几个浓度处理则表现出或促进或抑制的作用;并且香草醛干扰了番茄幼苗地上和地下的生长平衡,尤其对根系生长产生了较大影响;总体来看,香草醛对番茄幼苗的生理活动产生了负面影响,尤其是4.0mmol/L浓度处理,降低了番茄根系活力和叶片中叶绿素含量,而丙二醛(MDA)和游离脯氨酸(Pro)的含量增加,细胞膜相对透性增大。
