随着科技的进步和钢材性能的不断提高,我国钢结构构件在工业建设各领域中应用的范围愈加扩大,而钢结构构件的新发展也为其他相关技术带来了新的启示。在钢结构构件的使用过程中,由于组装顺序、焊接技术、温度控制等方面的技术性欠缺,难免会遇到构件的变形问题。其中有些是钢材本身的问题,有些是人为因素,但都对构件的使用和维护造成了一定的阻碍。本文作者结合多年工作经验,对我国钢结构构件的变形问题进行了阐述,并对如何处理上述问题,表达了自己的观点。
With the progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of steel performance, the scope of application of steel structure components in all fields of industrial construction is expanding. And the new development of steel structure components also brings new enlightenment to other related technologies. In the use of steel structure components, due to the assembly sequence, welding technology, temperature control and other aspects of the lack of technology, will inevitably encounter the deformation of components. Some of them are the problems of steel itself, some of which are human factors, but all cause some obstacles to the use and maintenance of components. Based on years of work experience, the author expounds the deformation of steel structural members in China and expresses his own views on how to deal with the above problems.
