研究了退火工艺对42MnMo7钢管的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,采用930~960℃并保温足够长时间的高温退火处理,可显著提高钢管的塑性,达到冷拔的要求。
The effect of annealing process on the microstructure and properties of 42MnMo7 steel was investigated. The results show that the use of high temperature annealing at 930 ~ 960 ℃ for a long enough time can significantly improve the ductility of the steel pipe and achieve the requirements of cold drawing.
