在全面分析绿色建筑决策阶段风险因素的基础上,首先建立绿色建筑决策阶段风险评价指标体系;其次,采用层次分析法确定指标的权重,引入奖励与惩罚并举的局部变权原理对权重进行调整,使权重的确定更加科学合理,进而提出基于变权层次分析法的绿色建筑决策阶段风险模糊综合评价模型;最后,结合实例验证了该模型的可行性和有效性,为制定科学的绿色建筑决策阶段风险评价提供有效依据。
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the risk factors in the decision-making stage of green building, firstly, the risk assessment index system of green building decision-making stage is established. Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of indicators and the local variable weight principle is introduced to adjust the weights.
