LZ-1喷油嘴加工机床系机械式自动机床,已使用30余年,机床性能下降严重,加工产品质量不稳定。为此我们对机床进行了一系列静态、动态检测,结果发现除了各组成部分的磨损老化等一系列问题外,设备性能不能满足使用要求的主要原因有以下三个方面。
LZ-1 nozzle machining machine is a mechanical automatic machine tool, has been used for more than 30 years, a serious decline in machine performance, the quality of processed products is not stable. For this reason, we carried out a series of static and dynamic tests on the machine tool. The results showed that the main reasons for the performance of the equipment not satisfying the requirements of use include the following three aspects except for a series of problems such as wear and aging of each component.
