大豆疫霉菌是我国的一类检疫性病菌,由于常规的检测方法速度慢,效率低,所以选择酶联免疫技术进行快速检测非常重要。 以大豆疫霉菌的菌丝可溶性蛋白、菌丝研磨液、游动孢子悬浮液和菌丝培养液4种成份分别作免疫原制备了4种抗血清,利用免疫双扩散测其效价分别为1/64,1/16/,1/2和0。根据4种抗血清的效价,选择第一种抗血清进行酶联试验,间接ELISA测其效价可达1/512000,能够检测到4.419ng/mL的菌丝蛋白,特异
