央行廉政文化是通过廉政理念与价值的准则,以信仰的、规范的、环境的、行为的文化表现形式,实现央行廉政文化在履行央行职责过程中的功能与作用.本文着力提出央行廉政文化建设当前和今后一段时期的目标与趋势及实现这一目标的具体构想.
