中国卫生经济学会第二届代表会暨第三次年会于1987年4月19-24日在陕西咸阳市召开,代表165名,论文90篇。会议为20项优秀学术成果、53项学术成果获奖的个人或集体颁发了奖品和证书。会议选举并通过了理事会及常务理事会名单,郭子恒当选为第二届理事会会长,会议讨论并通过了郭子恒关于学会四年来的工作报告及中国卫生经济学会会章。本届会议就卫生经济学理论与实践,结合我国当前卫生事业改革实际情况进行了广泛的交流和探讨。现将其主要内容概述如下。
The second session of the Chinese Society of Health Economics and the third annual meeting was held on April 19-24, 1987 in Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province with 165 delegates and 90 papers. The conference has awarded prizes and certificates to 20 individuals who have won outstanding academic results and 53 academic achievements. The meeting elected and passed the list of councils and standing councils. Guo Ziheng was elected as the president of the second council. The conference discussed and passed Guo Ziheng’s work report on the Institute for the past four years and the chapter of the Chinese Health Economics Association. This session has carried out extensive exchanges and discussions on the theory and practice of health economics, combined with the actual situation of China’s current health care reform. The main contents of the report are summarized below.
