Recently, a man-made island was moved to the Arctic Sea. The man-made island was designed by a Japanese company and later owned by the company for the exploitation of seabed oil and natural gas. All man-made island projects were completed within an ultra-short construction period of eight months and passed the stringent joint inspections of Japanese companies, the American Shipbuilding Association (ABS) and the US Coast Guard (USCG).
