目的探讨MK-1精密附着体修复后牙游离缺损的临床效果。方法采用MK-1精密附着体对215例后牙游离缺损患者制作附着体义齿,临床随访19-22个月,对义齿使用效果和基牙、牙槽嵴情况进行临床观察。结果 215例患者对附着体义齿固位、咀嚼功能、美观、舒适度等均满意,基牙无松动、无叩痛、无根尖周病变、无牙槽骨吸收。结论 MK-1精密附着体义齿修复后牙游离缺损效果良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of MK-1 precision attachment in repairing posterior teeth defect. Methods Attachment denture was made in 215 patients with posterior free-tooth defect by means of MK-1 precision attachment. Clinical follow-up was performed for 19-22 months. The effect of denture and abutment and alveolar ridge were observed. Results 215 patients were satisfied with attachment retention, chewing function, aesthetics and comfort of abutment. There was no loosening of abutment, no percussion pain, no apical lesions and no alveolar bone absorption. Conclusion The effect of MK-1 precision attachment denture on posterior tooth defect repair is good.
