为了满足未来智能电网对全景状态信息进行监测和共享的需要,文中提出基于IEC 61850标准的输变电设备状态监测集成方法,并给出了集成平台的系统结构。通过对无缝通用通信服务器、协议转换方法以及状态监测实时通信等关键问题的研究,将不同厂商、不同通信接口、不同通信协议的输变电状态在线监测装置同时接入并集成到IEC 61850技术体系,并对外提供统一的IEC 61850通信接口。采用荷兰KEMA公司UniCA 61850 Analyzer分析仪捕获并分析了所实现的关联、目录获取与报告等服务的报文,验证了实现方法的正确性和可行性。
In order to meet the need of monitoring and sharing of the panoramic state information in the future, a method of condition monitoring integration based on IEC 61850 is proposed and the system architecture of the integrated platform is given. Through the research of key issues such as seamless communication server, protocol conversion method and real-time communication of status monitoring, the on-line condition monitoring devices with different manufacturers, different communication interfaces and different communication protocols are simultaneously accessed and integrated into IEC 61850 System, and provide a unified IEC 61850 communication interface. Using the UniCA 61850 Analyzer analyzer from KEMA, the Netherlands, captured and analyzed the packets of related services, catalog acquisition and reporting services, and verified the correctness and feasibility of the implementation.
