提出了1种数字脉冲式的测速发电机测速方法。利用电压比较器将正弦波转换为数字脉冲,并利用PLC的高速脉冲计数功能进行脉冲计数,通过软件编程对数据进行了计算分析。不仅结构简单,而且构建成本低。实验结果表明当发动机转速从10r/min到3 000r/min时,测速精度一直控制在0.1%以下,检测时间也保持在500ms以内,所提出的测速方法能够精确实时地测量出航空发动机的转速,在宽范围内具有测速精度高、分辨率高和实时性高等优点。
A speed measurement method of digital pulse tachogenerator is proposed. Using voltage comparator to convert sine wave to digital pulse, and use the high-speed pulse counting function of PLC to count the pulse, and calculate the data by software programming. Not only the structure is simple, but also the construction cost is low. The experimental results show that when the engine speed is from 10r / min to 3 000r / min, the speed accuracy is controlled below 0.1% and the test time is kept within 500ms. The proposed speed measurement method can accurately measure the speed of aeroengine in real time, In a wide range of speed with high precision, high resolution and high real-time advantages.
