教学反思是提高教师教学水平和促进教师专业发展的重要途径,通过培养幼儿教师的反思能力来提升幼儿教师的专业素养是促进教师专业发展的重要手段。幼儿教师通过教学反思能树立先进的教学理念、提升自己的主体意识和责任意识,并由一个传授者转变为一个研究者。幼儿教师可以通过研究教学案例、写教学反思日记、教师间的评课、开展教研活动等来培养自己的教学反思能力。
Teaching reflection is an important way to improve the teaching level of teachers and to promote the professional development of teachers. To raise the professional qualities of kindergarten teachers through training the reflection ability of kindergarten teachers is an important means to promote the professional development of teachers. Kindergarten teachers through teaching reflection can establish advanced teaching concepts, enhance their sense of subject and sense of responsibility, and by a transfer to a researcher. Kindergarten teachers can cultivate their own teaching reflection ability by studying teaching cases, writing diary of teaching reflections, teaching evaluation among teachers and carrying out teaching and research activities.
