目的探讨实时三维超声诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的临床价值。方法对2880例在22~26周孕周的孕妇进行实时三维超声检查。结果经实时三维超声发现胎儿先天性心脏病10例。主要有:法洛氏四联症、房室间隔缺损、肺动脉瓣闭锁、完全性大动脉转位、右室双出口等类型。结论实时三维超声检查可作为诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的首选方法[1]。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease. Methods 2880 pregnant women with gestational age from 22 to 26 weeks underwent real-time three-dimensional ultrasonography. Results of real-time three-dimensional ultrasound found fetal congenital heart disease in 10 cases. Are: tetralogy of Fallot, atrioventricular septal defect, pulmonary atresia, complete transposition of the great arteries, double outlet right ventricle and other types. Conclusion Real-time three-dimensional ultrasound can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease [1].
